Stress = Force/(Area of Cross Section)
Similar is the case with real life stress that one experiences.
- Stress is somehow directly proportional to the Amount of ‘ Unwanted force or pessimistic worries beyond what your mind can actually handle’
- And inversely proportional to the ‘No.of effective communications you make’ to dissipate the worries.
Hence, the former should be decreased to its minimum as well as the later should be increased optimally , to lead a stress free life.
Its actually not so easy, but at least we can try. Who knows, it may work out be awesome for us!!
